EPA Lead Paint Certification Training Courses
Lead Safe certified course follows the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development training courses (HUD) to form the renovation, repair and paint (RRP) for the contractors on how to respond safely in the house with paint containing lead and follow the rule of lead safe housing.
Who needs training for EPA certification PPC?
Restorers, painters, remodelers, property managers, maintenance personnel and other employees who altered or removed more than 6 square meters paint of housing to build before 1978. At the end of this course, the EPA will provide certification to individual who accomplished the training, and will be recognized as a Certified Renovator, which meet the HUD requirements for interim controls training and certification for target federal housing assistance. The people who work in this area are necessary in the previous class recorded and ending before December 31, 2010 must comply with the rule.
